A concept in the pour to be redesigned by architect Dan Brunn. Price, speed and quality has always been an important element for a design project. Is it thus the reason this art project, we always strive for perfect balance. Here, we start with an existing ranch-style house in the Encino Hills area and in less than 6 months, we completed the design, permitting and construction. The end result is what feels like a new home, while staying within the budget of our clients.
The house now has an open plan, revolving around an existing fireplace chimney, but most of the partition wall was removed to allow for free flow, light and air circulation to get into the room. With the free plan, people can open the glass wall on the side of the axis of multi-room house and a sliding window in the living room and enjoy a refreshing breeze, without the need to run the air conditioning unit in the summer months progress. Because we believe that the kitchen is the soul and heart in a house, we have incorporated it into the long house, creating a “storage wall”, ranging from living room to dining room. In every part of the house, proportion and accommodation changes to fit the space, while Maintaining look homogeneous, space bond units together and give the appearance of grandeur. Large kitchen island is also a key element, anchored to the chimney, always accessible for preparation and to entertain.
To get perfect results we have also spent quite a lot of time on material and product research. To keep within budget and speed the completion of this project, we look to alternative ways to achieve our design goals have always tried to. This means spending more time with contractors, fabricators and suppliers to come up with creative solutions. In particular, we use all new window & door systems, stone and wood cover and put the rack cabinet, all to create a seamless design, fresh and so inviting.
